A lawsuit has been filed in court against Shining Star Academy,

Rod and Rhonda Mills (Owners)

Little Star Learning Center (Rion and Tiffany Carpadakis Owners) for

refusal to pay for the inventory of Little Star Learning Center currently being

used by Shining Star Academy. 

Rod and Rhonda Mills were served with the lawsuit on 1/8/2008 at their residence located at

3804 Lafayette Lane
